Lava Flow 1

Calm your mind and body with this class that incorporates beautifully-composed original music. Our newest program yet, the sequence was put together by Eiko Ichikawa, one of our most popular Master Trainers in Japan. It promises a Vinyasa flow that is slower than LAVA FLOW 2 with each asana being held longer so you can go deeper. We begin the class by bringing awareness to the body and mind through breathing and meditation and as the music goes on, we continue this symphony in our movement right until savasana.

 

With this program, you improve on your muscle strength, endurance and stability. It is ideal for all levels and is highly recommended for beginners. Take a few of these classes and soon, you’ll be ready to take on LAVA FLOW 2! Beginner or an expert, our Vinyasa Flow program will help you achieve your body and mind goals.

Dubbed the “Meditation of Movement”, the Vinyasa Flow appeals to the five senses through the unification of Music & Yoga. The non-stop smooth flow of breathing and movements relaxes both body and mind while encourages better focus and concentration. Done in a warm environment, this program relaxes the body even further while accelerating its metabolism! This program encompasses many poses (including some challenging ones!) and is suitable for all skill levels. So whether you’re a beginner or an expert, our Vinyasa Flow program will help you achieve your body and mind goals.

 


Abdominal

Pelvis

There are many factors that can hinder weight loss. One of them is an unbalanced pelvis. We have tailored a program that improves this condition by stimulating and working the muscles around the pelvis and shoulder blades; muscles that are generally under utilized as we go about our daily lives. By working and stimulating the muscles around the pelvic bone, it will enhance the body’s metabolism leading to healthy weight-loss.

 


Anti-Aging

The aging process is part of our lives. While the fountain of youth may just still be a fable, we have created a program that may help resist the effects of aging.Our anti-aging yoga program is designed to activate the female hormones and enhance your natural feminine beauty from the inside.

 

The program focuses on continuous yoga poses accompanied by slow breathing and stimulation of your pelvic floor (pelvic diaphragm), which is deeply connected to hormonal secretion. This program also improves posture and overall well-being. Incorporate this program’s movements into your daily lives and bring out the natural beauty in you!

 


Hardcore

This program is a level-up from our regular Abdominal program. Those who have taken our Abdominal program and crave for a more intense core-strengthening session to really enhance your practice and speed up your core’s progress - this class is for YOU!


Boxing Yoga

Yes, you read that right! We are BOXING! An excellent cardio class for those who seek to lose weight and want something a little faster than our regular programs. This program will improve your co-ordination and you can also learn a thing or two about self-defense! As this is also a yoga class and we will always seek balance during yoga, we will begin and end with yoga sequences to still do some work on those inner muscles and to warm up and relax your body respectively.


Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga, is a style of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois and is often promoted as a modern-day form of traditional Indian yoga. It is a practice where we flow to the synergy of engaging the breath, mind and body. There will be no music played – the only sound you will hear will be that of your own breath and the instructions from the teacher as she guides you through each asana.

 

As this is an introductory class, our instructor will dedicate more time into the details as the class progresses to make it easier for anyone who are taking their first steps into practicing Ashtanga.
